BITZER SE, a German world´s leading refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump specialist, acquired Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems specialist BPOWER, a.s.
The acquisition allows BITZER to offer components and Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems for generating power from waste heat, thus making an important contribution to decarbonisation, as well as enables system integration.
CEE Attorneys‘ legal team that provided comprehensive transactional advisory to the selling shareholder of BPOWER, a.s. was led by the firm’s partner Lukáš Petr and senior associate Veronika Kněžínková.
