Established in 2000 by Vladimír Korec, TTS Martin has garnered a reputation for excellence in the field of manufacturing cogeneration units and backup power sources, serving diverse industrial and commercial sectors.
In this transaction, Innogy Group has acquired an 80% stake in TTS Martin, marking a significant strategic move to expand its presence in the Slovak market. The remaining 20% stake will continue to be controlled by Ondrej Korec, son of the company’s founder, Vladimír Korec.
