Tomas has business-oriented approach and advises clients on M&A and other commercial transactions and corporate law matters. Before joining CEE Attorneys, Tomas was a Senior Associate at another well-established law firm where he gained valuable experience in the fields of dispute resolution and financial sector regulations and transactions. Experience in working with financial sector contributes a lot to the successful problem solving in insolvency projects (bankruptcy or restructuring).
