When we refer to CEEA, we, us or our we refer to company CEE Attorneys International s. r. o., with its registered seat at Jankovcova 1569/2c, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, Business Identification No. 080 01 189, VAT No. CZ08001189, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 311337.

When we refer to „Website„, we mean our website at www.ceeatt.com and/or www.ceeattorneys.com.

When we refer to “CEEA Content” we mean all content that CEEA makes available through the Website or its related promotional campaigns and official CEEA social media channels.

By visiting and using the Website or accessing any part of it in any way you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree and comply with and are legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service (the “Terms“). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CEEA and governs any access to and use of the Website and any CEEA Content.

Please also carefully read our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy constitute an integral part of these Terms. 

If you do not agree with these Terms you have no right to access or use the Website and must stop using or accessing them immediately. CEEA may in its sole discretion prevent you from using or accessing the Website in such a situation. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Website or their functionality then the only way to express your disagreement is to stop using the Website.

These Terms apply to access and use of the Website on any device and through any interface it shall be made available anytime.

User Conduct

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Website and/or CEEA Content. As a user of the Website, you commit yourself and agree:

   2. to use the Website only in accordance with these Terms and/or the applicable laws of Czech Republic and/or the country of your residency or location;
   3. not to distribute, store, transmit or otherwise disseminate through the Website any malicious computer code, files or programs intended to disrupt or disable the use of the Website or any other software or hardware;
   4. not to collect, process or otherwise dispose of CEEA Content or personal data of any person for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms;
   5. not to dilute, tarnish or otherwise harm the CEE Attorneys brand in any way, including through unauthorized use of CEEA Content, registering and/or using CEE Attorneys or derivative terms in domain names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers, or registering and/or using domains names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers that closely imitate or are confusingly similar to CEEA domains, trademarks, taglines, promotional campaigns or CEEA Content;
   6. not to use automatic applications, scripts, tools, robots and other processes to scrape, process or otherwise access any part of the Website or CEEA Content or use the Website in any other way without human intervention by the user;
   7. not to illegally access or use computer program, system, server or service infrastructure of the Website to perform any activity that threatens the operation of the Website, reduces its quality or impairs its functionality;
   8. advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.

CEEA has the right (but not obligation) to monitor your access and use of the Website and investigate and prosecute any violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. 

CEEA reserves the right to access, preserve and disclose any information about you and provided by you that is required by law or that we consider appropriate a necessary to (i) respond to claims asserted against CEEA or to comply with legal process (for example, subpoenas or warrants), (ii) enforce or administer our agreements with users, such as these Terms, (iii) for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, customer support, product development and de-bugging purposes, or (iv) protect the rights, property or safety of CEEA, its users, or members of the public.

License Agreement

CEEA is the exclusive owner or holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights and other proprietary rights to the Website (its software, applications, database etc.) and the technology associated with it, CEEA Content, trademarks, logos and any other distinctive signs of the Website and any part thereof.

By using the Website you will not acquire any of these intellectual and industrial property rights, licenses, sublicenses or other rights to the Website and/or CEEA Content unless expressly specified in these Terms.

You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Website or CEEA Content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by CEEA or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.

You are not authorized to modify the source or machine code of the Website and try to reverse them or otherwise interfere with its functionality. The Website is not provided under any of the freely-licensed licenses (GNU GPL and other freely-licensed licenses).

Modification of the Website

We reserve the right, at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice, to modify, supplement, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website or any part thereof or impose new restrictions on the use of the Website.

You are not entitled to request any claims, damages, losses or costs you may have suffered in connection with the modification, addition, suspension or termination of the Website or any part thereof or in connection with your use of the Website.

Change of Terms, Termination

CEEA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice, to change these Terms at any time. If we change these Terms, new Terms will be made available to you in the Website. Changes to the Terms will be effective at the time of posting.

If you continue access or use the Website under modified Terms it will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Website.

Disclaimers

You understand and agree that you use the Website, CEEA Content or any parts thereof solely at your own risk. CEEA does not have an obligation to check or verify any of its Members statements and communications with you and CEEA does not make any representations and warranties as to the statements and interactions of the Members with you.

CEEA is operating and providing the Website “as is” without any warranties or representations, either express or implied. In addition, CEEA is not responsible for any defects of the Website and does not provide a guarantee for the quality of the Website. CEEA explicitly does not provide or make any warranties and representations that (i) the Website or any part thereof (including CEEA Content) will be provided in a timely, uninterrupted and error-free manner; (ii) the Website and any part thereof will be compatible and will work with other hardware, software, systems or data without any error; (iii) bugs and faults of the Website or any part thereof will be removed properly and in a timely manner. 

Limitation of Liability

You agree and understand that CEEA shall not be, to the maximum extent permitted by law, liable for any your access or use of the Website, CEEA Content or any part thereof or any interactions with other users of the Website whether in person or online.

Entire Agreement

With the exception of documents referenced and incorporated herein or by additional CEEA policies, guidelines, standards, or terms for a specific product, feature, service or offering, these Terms contain a complete, exclusive and entire agreement between you, CEEA regarding the use of the Website and any part thereof and supersede any prior written or oral agreements or arrangements between you, CEEA regarding the use of the Website or any part thereof.

Applicable Law, Jurisdiction

The laws of Czech Republic will govern these Terms. You and CEEA understand and agree that the courts of Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
