Iulia Stanciulescu-Ilie is the litigation Partner of the CEE Attorneys Bucharest office. Known for her solution-oriented approach, Iulia is highly skilled in civil and commercial law, administrative/tax litigation, insolvency proceedings and foreclosure proceedings. A former judge, she also handles complex arbitration files, having successfully represented clients before Romanian and European courts fiscal disputes with the Romanian Tax Authorities, real estate restitution files, expropriations, disputes involving the regulatory authorities in oil & gas.
